Caspar UPDEGRAFF was b. 13 July 1801 in Northumberland Co., PA. and married Anna Elizabeth TREGO (b. 16 Nov 1807 in Lycoming Co., PA). They were married in 1827 in PA (county unk.). Their second child was born in 1830 in Carroll Co., OH. So they probably moved about 1829. Caspar's father was Isaac UPDEGRAFF who married Mary SCHNEIDER, a daughter of Caspar SCHNEIDER. Which UPDEGRAFF book do you have? I have the one by June LUTZ, "A History of the OpDenGraef/UPDEGRAFF family in America".
