My dad is James (Jim) VanConant who was born in Detroit (1942) and grew up in Imlay City. My Grandpa Morris Clark VanConant was a dentist. He died in 1978 at age 60. His parents were Mrytle (Clark) and Ivy VanConant of Capac (I think) Ivy remarried after Mrytle passed away.

That's as far back as my knowledge goes.
