Letha, I had to search through, but Evan had given me some information on an earlier post. He says he corresponded a few years ago with a man who "believed" the parents of Jacob might have been Cornelius & Catherine Vanderhoof. They lived next door in the census. A few years ago this man had no proof yet, but Cornelius supposedly had a will in 1860 that he hadn't researched then. I have access to genealogylibrary.com right now and they have a book of NJ wills. I'll look through it and let you know.......Carrie
P.S. Look down a few posts and look for my message "Believe Jacob and Malinda were parents". He left this info in those posts.
