Vellutini question

Hello..I have been researching my husbands family tree and I have been trying to sort out the Vellutini connection. The Family story is as follows "Caruba went to work for Count Nobile. She had an affair with him and became pregnant. Nonno Vellutini (I am assuming her father) took the newborn baby and named her Maria Lorenza (1855 born) (Fermi was her maiden name). Later the Count married Lorenza's mother and they returned for the baby, but they had to bring her back to the Vellutini's because she cried all the time for them. A few years later, the Vellutini's adopted her. When she was in her teens she married Giovanni Morelli (1851 born). Nonno Vellutini designed shoes. Along side of the Vellutini's house, Giovanni Morelli started a business of Calzature (?). This was all in Segromigno in Piano. Does any of this story ring a bell with any Vellutini's? Also, one of Giovanni Morelli's nieces Dina Maria (Lina) Morelli (born 1904) married Ovidio Vellutini (born 1890) also from Segromigno in Piano.

Thanks,

Lori
