You might check with your library. It probably has access to Ancestry. On the 1930 U.S. Census of Cheyenne Co., NE it says Paul's father was born in Germany, and his mother was born in MN. There is a tree on Ancestry that says Paul's mother was Anna Frieda BUSACKER, b. 11 Mar 1875 in St. Paul, MN, and died 17 Apr 1905. Henry and Anna were married on 16 Apr 1895 in Cheyenne Co., NE, according to the same tree. The tree only shows Paul's father was Henry.
If you spent some time on Ancestry at the library, you could probably figure out who Henry was. If you got a copy of the marriage certificate for Henry and Anna that might help you figure out Henry's parents’ names.
