The line is:
First Earl: Edward Villiers 1656-1711
Second Earl: William Villiers (son) 1682?- 1721
Third Earl: William Villiers (son) d.1769
Fourth Earl: George Bussey Villiers (son) 1735-1805
Fifth Earl: George Child Villiers (son) 1783-1859.
It would appear that your document refers to the second or third earls (about 1711 or 1721).
Would need more information to decide which. Is a monarch and/or a regnal year mentioned?
