Does anyone have anything on Frances Vines, born ca. 1843, d/o Isaiah Bradford Vines and wife Eliza? I am trying to identify the Fannie E. who married Philip Houseworth ca. 1861, probably in Carroll Co--though no marriage record. Frances Vines is the most likely candidate because in 1860 the Vines and Houseworths lived two houses apart--and Frances and Philip were the same age. Fannie E. Houseworth then married James M. Garst in Fulton Co. Dec 1871 and died, perhaps in Nebraska, about 1888.
