The Margaret Vivion that Sue speaks of was Married to James Daniel on 27 Jan 1704. This Margaret was the daughter of John Vivion Sr. and Margaret Smith, Married Cir.1675. This Margaret Smith was the daughter of John Smith and Margaret ?. John Smiths death is chronicled in the Christ Church Register in Middlesex Couty as occurring Dec. 16,1669.
John Smith had a brother Alexander and it is believed they are the sons of Joseph Smith of Bristol. The only thing I know of John Vivion was that it was speculated that he was the son of a Royalist general Thomas Vivion, but no proof, (ref.William and Mary College Quarterly,Vol.9,p.71)John Vivion was born cir.1655.Margaret Smith Vivion had 5 children:Charles,John,Margaret(m.James Daniel),Diana, and Thomas.
If I am wrong with this info please take heart and forgive me. I got this info from my Library!
