Vowells 1800's Waco, Tyler or Taylor TX

I am looking for any information about my maternal grandfather, Jack Carruthers Vowell, born in 1900 and died in 1969, and his parents, Charlie and Edna. I think they were from Waco or Tyler, TX and moved to El Paso, TX during the Depression (?). Jack C. Vowell, my maternal grandad, had a sister, Earline and a brother, Fulton. Charlie Vowell, their dad was a lawyer and/or a judge. Jack married Daurice MacDaniel, my grandmother, from Tyler in about 1920. I appreciate any info at all.
