I too have a Waddell/Loe/Lowe connection.....but not seeing the connection...hope you can help.

Frances married 26 Aug 1896 Stuttgart, Ark to John William Loe/Lowe (1 Jul 1872 Ohio-14 Oct 1953 Bartlesville, OK)
