Hi Leah,
Thanks for responding! I don't have much to go on, all I know is that my Dad's biological father is named Billy (William?) Waddington, and he may have been around the Tisdale area, as that's where my Dad was born. My Dad's name is Wayne Bercier if that helps any, and his mother's name (was) Sarah Lillie.
Apparently, Billy was looking for my Dad's before he died(?). I fyou have any leads that'd be great!
