Would like to confirm my Waddington family line -
My Great Great Grandfather was William Waddington, born 1841 in Kellington, Yorkshire; the son of Thomas Waddington & Elizabeth Peel. Thomas married Elizabeth in December of 1833 in Pontefract, Yorkshire. Other children were - Jane (1838); Sarah Jane (1839); Martin (1843); Thomas (1847); George (1848); Elizabeth (1850) and Joseph (1854) - all born Kellington.
Any early census read-outs for Thomas & Family greatly appreciated - 1841/1851/1861.......... William Waddington married Sarah Dey in the December Quarter of 1866 in Doncaster District.
Thomas Waddington, baptised January 1810 in Pontefract, Yorkshire; son of William Hartley and Sarah Hoxley. William & Sarah married February 1802 in Ferry Fryston, Yorkshire. Possible siblings of Thomas are - Ann (1804); George (1813); Joseph (1816); Mary (1817) and John (1819) - born Pontefract, Knottingley, Brotherton, and Tadcaster.
Believe William Waddington to have been baptised January 1779 in Kirk Hammerton, Yorkshire; son of Samuel Waddington and ????? Possible siblings of William are Samuel (1769); Sarah (1771); Hannah (1773); Mary (1775); Hannah (1776); and Thomas (1780) - all baptised at Kirk Hammerton.
