Hello, I've only just seen your message on Genforum. My ancestry WAlkerdine originates in Derby,before that in Staffordsher. My ancestor John Walkerdine born1802 born in Derby, married an Elizabeth Smith in Nottingham in 1803 They had a son John b.1824 and married Elizabeth Halliday.also in Nottingham. they had a son Henry in 1863 and thats as far as I know.
Perhaps you are descended from them. The other sons of John b 1802 were William and Jabez. also an Elizabeth Hannah the other sons came to London, and Its William who I descended from.
