David Waters b.1774 Mass.-1843 and his brother John Waters b. 1778 Mass- 1843. David was in the 1ST Co. Troops of Horse war of 1812 Sacketts Harbor as Sergeant under Capt. Levi Collins, Us service march 1813. John was also in the Tropps of Horse Lewis, Co, Capt. Levi @ Sacketts Harbor. What is the 1st troops of horse and where is Sacketts Harbor? Thanks for your help.
