Thank you so much for your response. I was in error about where he died. It was Carroll Parish, Louisianna. He lived in Mississippi before Louisianna. I found the John Cartwright after your response that was from NC. "AND" He was from Pasquotank which was where our John was "supposed" to be from. Thanks so much for your good leads. One more clue!!!!!
