Did any relatives of these Fouts lived in Ottawa, Kansas? There was a Lowell Fouts married to a Louise ? . They had two children, Linda and Leroy. Lowell also had some other relatives there in town...don't remember their names but they were Fouts also. Lowell and Louise ran a restaurant, the L&L Cafe on South Main Street. My father, R. D. Waymire, (John Rudolph>Jacob>Noah> David> Jonathan Grant)had a Derby gasoline service station next door. Is it possible they were cousins and didn't know it?
