I have scanned obits of many Welters. The Jacob W Welter obit probably came from my scrapbook. The same scan had my ancestor's obit on the page, Jesse T Welter, Jacob W's older brother. I do have Margaret Hawk Welter's obit, but it is short and somewhat damaged. The corner is torn off of the page. Since I believe it states she was 85 and she was born in December of 1827, I am guessing the year to be 1913. The other obits on the page range from 1912 to 1915. The three right next to hers are marked 1913. The year was probably marked on the section that was torn off.

the homestead. Mrs. Welter is also
survived by a half-sister, Mrs.Emme-
line Shuster, of Dorrancetown.
The deceased had been for many
years a faithful member of the First
M.E. Church. Funeral on Friday at
2:30 p.m., at the home.
I also have four pages of Welter family reunion news clippings that list all of those that attended and the town of their residence. In many cases it lists relationships such as the sixth reunion account:
Pittston-Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Welter, Miss Mame Welter, Mrs. Hattie Kirkwood and two children Margaret and Alexander, Mr. and Mrs. Berdett Fulkerson, Miss Cora Fulkerson, Misses Lottie and Ida Richardson.
