Anyone looking for Jesse T Welter and family in the online LDS 1880 Census in PA is going to have a difficult time finding him unless you know where he lived and search the town household by household. I finally found him, his wife Jane (Hoit/Hoyt) and three of his children, Saron, William H and Otilla in Kingston, Luzerne Co, PA under the name: Jessei T Wellis. The last name for everyone in the family was listed as Wellis instead of the correct Welter.
