Another note on Lydia C. Moore Welter:
I believe she is on the 1915 Iowa State Census in Merrill, Plymouth Co, Iowa as L.C.Welter, widowed, born in NJ, parents born in NJ. It lists her age on the transcription as 74, but the original record looks like age 79.

I don't have a record of her after 1915.
