Susannah Wharton is from the family of Robert and Sarah Farley Wharton. I have built a tree on that family, which is not mine, by the way. That tree contains 1252 people. I’m sure there are many missing from that tree.
There are 2 Catherine Whartons in the tree and neither could fit the timeframe of a 7/29/1833 marriage to Henry Hoskins. There is one female in the tree whose first name begins with P, that is Phoebe, no middle name in the tree. Phoebe’s parents married in 1817, so it would have been a quick marriage for her. I really think that your P. Catherine is from Robert and Sarah’s family, but sorry, I have no record of her. And believe me, I have done some searching since your GenForun posting and all that I’ve found is the marriage date under the name of Catherine Wharton.
