Fraaza-Woznicki/Wozniczka

I'm seeking whether or not there's a family connection between Fraaza and Woznicki/Wozniczka in Marathon County. There is a Frank WOZNICKI who I believe was born Frank WOZNICZKA to Michael Wozniczka and his wife before he changed his name. The June 1900 census recording in Shawano County shows the following:

Wozniczka Michael, Head, born Sep 1860, Poland Ger, immigrated 1888, occ. farmer
Antonina, Wife, b May 1876, Wisconsin (Michael's 2nd wife, married 4 years)
Valentine, Son, b Jun (or Jan) 1888, Poland Ger, at school (of 1st marriage) [He later was referred as WILLIAM Wozniczka.]
Frank, Son, b Nov 1889, Indiana, at school (of 1st marriage)
Nicholas, Son, b Sep 1898 (Antonina's 1st child)
Helen, Daughter, b Feb 1900 (Antonina's 2nd child)

I was informed that, from Frank's death record (name was Franklin Woznicki Sr., his father was Joseph Woznicki and the informant was Mrs. Kenneth Fraaza, his daughter. He died 30 Dec 1966 in Birnamwood (Shawano Co.). The month, year, and place of his birth matches the 1900 census record.

Can any of you expand on these data please? Thanks and blessings.
