I have an illustrated copy of the History of Outagamie County Wisconsin with the original 1911 dated receipt taped in the back. There is a used book store in Appleton and the owner told me about 5 years ago that the books were hard to find and cost around $300. I don't know how accurate that info is, but thought I would share. Good luck! Vicki
