Teri --

I don't find any place called Marytown in Sheboygan County using the current Wisconsin Gazetteer. However, there is a Marytown in the very northeast corner of Calumet County, which is just about 2-3 miles away from the border of Calumet and Sheboygan County. It looks to be a small village in the township of Calument, county of Calumet, about 4 miles southwest of New Holstein.

You may want to check the Calumet GenWeb site. They may be able to tell you if there is a cemetery there.
