While in an antique store in Jefferson, TX, I picked up several photographs of Wilkes. They are not related to me; this is just a recent hobby of mine, to buy pictures and see if I can reunite them with some of their relatives. They are as follows (this is what is written on the back of each): Herman E. Wilke, age 34 years, taken 1895, born 10-18-1861, married 10-25-1883; this was taken in Loomis Studio, Galesburg, IL. Janet Wilke (Mrs. H. E. Wilke), taken March, 1922. Aunt Maggie Wilke (Violet Wilkie's mother), also taken in Loomis Studio. Art Wilke - he appears to be in late teens or early 20's. Margaret B. Wilke. Violet Wilke Box Hendecks. These latter two are young women in their 20's or 30's and I think they are sisters. There were other pictures which I didn't buy, but I can tell you the name of the store if you are interested.
