Looking for info on a Wilkins in Chatham Co.,NC that may have sold land to Samuel WOMBLE. In Samuel's will of 1814 he leaves to his chrn 'Wilkins land 111 acres'. Can find no record of a sale or gift of land to Samuel. The name Wilkins is the only clue to any of this. ANY help will be most appreciated. Thank you, Elizabeth
