Harold Wilkins was born in England between 1904 - 1910 I believe. His brother was George Wilkins and sister Rose Wilkins. Harold's father, John, was a man 'of colour' as his mother was West Indian. I have photos of Harold.
Harold's mother was Mary. Mary and John Wilkins married in Poplar England in 1900.
I have been unable to locate any information regarding Harold and would be so pleased to find anything about him!
