Seeking family of Johannes Heinrich Gustav Wilkens born in Hamburg Germany on 6/7/1833. His father was Peter Wilkens Born in Elmshorn and believed to be a Victular by trade. His mother was Gesa Mohr. Johannes was likely to have become a crew member of a ship that arrived in Port Phillip Bay Australia
around 1842. He most likely had some siblings born in Elmshorn or Hamburg. Any suggestions re his possible martime training in Hamburg most welcome. Thanks
