I am looking for information on Charles (CA) Wilkin he was born 1854 in Paris, Edgar Co. IL. From info I have he moved to KS about 1868. His Mother Levica (1810 OH), according to a 1880 census a nephen by the last name of Minturn lived with them. The lived in Ft. Scott, Oswego and Levenworth KS. Also according the the census CA's father was born in VA, but is stated Levica was a Widow. It showed her parents to be from ENG and Scot.
