Hello Stephen,
Arthur WILKIN was my 1st cousin twice removed, son of Samuel & Emma WYNCH, and grandson of William & Hannah MIHIL.
I do not have Jane's maiden name but I think the marriage took place in Yorkshire. As yet I have not found Arthur or Jane in the 1891 census.
It would seem that Otho followed his brother to Leeds where he married Sarah ELLIS from Bramley in 1900.
Samuel & Emma were married 21 Oct 1864 Tilbury juxta Clare.
William & Hanah were married 31 Dec 1833 Little Yeldham.
