Osmer Wilkins birth registered for 1st quarter (Jan-Feb-Mar) 1863 in Dartford, Kent England.
Parents George Wilkins b. 1834 and Sarah b. 1835.
Arrived New York October 7 1867 on "City of Boston" from Liverpool, England. Accompanied by parents and 4 siblings.
Interesting note about ship "City of Boston". In January 1870 it dissappeared between Halifax and Liverpool. Loss of life amounted to 116 passengers and 61 crew.

1930 Emma living with older daughter Mable. Shows to be widow.
There are other Osmer Wilkins listed in census records, but none correct age to have been your Osmer divorced and remarried. The one listed with wife Agnes in Wisconson is 12 yrs younger.
