My earliest WILKINS ancestor was James (birthdate and location unknown) who married Hannah DOWSON at Great Tew, Oxon in 1774. James & Hannah had 7 children.
My descent is from their son Moses (born 1776) who for some reason (probably work) moved to Warwickshire, where he married Mary REEVE at Southam in 1801. Their son James, born 1805 married Dinah BISHOP in 1832 at Wootton Wawen, War.
James & Dinah's daughter, Elizabeth(born Bishops Itchington) married John EDEN at Tadmarton, Oxon in 1849, and remained in Oxforshire where they had 8 children.
