Martha L. Wilkins was born on February 11, 1911 in Paducah, KY. She died on November 3, 1999 in Palm Desert, CA. She married Charles Bland Ballard and they had one daughter. Martha was the daughter of Dolia Burkhart and Charles Wilkins of Paducah, KY. Would like to correspond with any descendants of Martha L. Wilkins and Charles B. Ballard.
