Friends with this family were a family by the name of Moulton who moved from NY to MI

Charles Father was Jeptha Wilkins and his mother was Olive Foster ? this per Charles marriage record to his second wife
Mother to Jeptha was supposed to be Hanna Seeley

about 1865 Charles married Charity and went off to war their first child William was born Dec 18 1866 according to Charles Pension records, Charles was given furlough after being released from Libby and Danville confederate prisons Mar 1866 hence 9 months later William was born. Charity is presumed to have married Charles before he went off to War.
