I have a Jesse Woodyard that was born in
Virginia, may have had a brother Noah. They
moved to Franklin Co. Indiana. Then Jesse to
Jennings Co. Indiana. He married Pheobe Cotton in 1830. This was his second wife. First wife may have been a Webb. Any Help
would be appreciated.
