Hi there! I am looking for my g g g grandfather, J.P. Xander (The Xander's married into my Crum line). Anyway, he was born May 16, 1833 and died April 27, 1911. He was married to a Mary Beterbender and I only know the name of one child: Ida Bell Xander. She married my g g grandfather, Peter Crum Sept. 12, 1884in Richland Co. IL. Ida Bell was born in 1864 and died in 1924. (I have a great picture of her and her children). Would love to be able to trace their line back further. "J.P." could stand for John, Johann, Joseph, Jacob. That's what he always went by, not sure what it really stands for.
