Barbara YAGER was born 7 Sep 1728 in Culpeper VA and she married Philip CHELF about 1764. Philip died in Madison Co VA. Barbara died about 1794 - where? Where is she buried?
Her father was Adam YAGER who was born 29 Sep 1708 and immigrated to VA in 1717 with his sister, Mary and parents. He married Susanna KOBLER Oct 1727 in Culpeper, VA. He died between Nov 1793 and Jan 23 1794 when his will was probated in Madison Co, VA. I know others are searching for information about him also and would like to be included in anything new that includes his death date.
His father was Nicholas YAGER who was born 28 May 1676 in Oberzell, Weichersbach, Germany. He died 6 Apr 1764 in Spotsylvania Co, VA He married twice; first Anna Marie SIEBER 11 May 1706 and second to Susanna ( ) CRIGLER, widow of Jacob CRIGLER. I have some information from the Foundation of the Germanna Colonies, so I know he was a settler there.
The father of Nicholas was Paul JAGER, born 1636 and died 12 Jan 1719 in Weichersbach, Germany. I would like to have more information for Paul, including his wife.
I have descendant information for Barbara YAGER CLORE and Philip CHELF to share.
