1870 Census Philadelphia,PA.,is Ephraim & Barbara Yahn with children Joseph,Mary,Ella,Addie,Lizzie & Walter.It appears Ella is Almira Yahn. Also in the household is Ida Yerger,18,born PA.,personal property worth 1250.I am certain this is Ida Mae Yerger,born Nov.12,1853 died May 28,1904,daughter of Jonas & Almira Yerger of Philadelphia,PA.Ida Mae married Bowman S. Sterling.Her parents were both deceased when she died according to her obit.,in Philadelphia.I found a Jonas Yerger age 46,died Feb.11,1868 in Philadelphia,PA.Wife not mentioned in obit,nor children.I beleive it is possible Ida's mother or her father are related to Barbara Sorver or Ephraim B. Yahn,because of them naming a daughter Almira and Ida living with them in 1870 census,with so much personal property.If you know of any connection or name of Ida's mother or father (Yerger) to the Yahn family please let me know. stoneylee@tc3net.com Audrey
