Thanks for reply on the Yeakels'. So far I annot find any info. on family. The census in Cavetown (little town outside of Hagerstown) around 1840 said there was a John Yeakel and a George Yeakel. We feel John would be Malinda's father. Maryland is terrible on birth certificates or death notices.they just did not fill them out. I'll contact the Schwenkfelders' library. Thanks, June
