S. Faye Sutton 69, of Carrollton, Texas passed away May 31, 2007. Faye was born August 7, 1937 to TOM AND SADAH YANCY.
She was a beloved mother, grand-mother and aunt. Ms. Sutton was a very successful business owner. She started her own insurance agency in the early 80's. Later in her career, she opened a dress shop and a Bingo hall. Omni Bingo was a charity operated bingo hall that benefied 5 different charities.
She was active in the Professional Insurance Agents of Dallas; she served as President in the early 90's. In addition, she did charity for many non-profit organizations including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and serving on the board of Directors for the Leukemia Association of North Central Texas.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kevin and Melody Whipple, and Grandchildren, Kyle and Peyton Whipple. Her sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Walter Gill; sister, Yvonne Harmon; neices and nephews, Tammie and Mark McFadden and their daughter Ashleigh, Candy Baughman, Woody and Terri Thorn and their son, Woody III; Brandi and Joe Rader and their children, Andrew, Morgan and Joey.
The family will be receiving friends Sunday, June 3, 2007 at 6-8 pm, and funeral services will be held Monday, June 4, 2007 at 2 pm at Rhoton Funeral Home in Carrollton, Tx.
