laura was married to ulyssis emerson at one time in johnson co.or union co. illinois , may have moved to scott co , mo. She had a son ,john emerson,born illinos or missouri , i just do not know (maybe never in missouri) , has anybody any info on laura or john ,my dad meet my grandfathers(grover richard emerson) half brother (john emerson) when he was about 6 years old , all he remembers is "john was much older than grover"john was visiting my grandfather at the time and all anyone says in our family is that one day john went away and nobody on our side of the family has any knowledge of him since,thank you , james emerson......
