Hi Paul,forgot to mention I'm living in London, UK. Have checked my records & found 1851 census for Woolwich Kent ref:HO107/1589/434 pge 4.It shows David, Wid. age 45. Bugle Major, R. Sappers. Born Fife-St Andrews.With 3 children. Eliz. Henry. and Eliza.all born in Woolwich.
