I am also a descendant of Henry Zabriskie, through Zeno. This information is from The Zabriskie Family, written by George Olin Zabriskie and printed in 1963. I copy from page161...

641 Henry Zabriskie-son of Christian Zabriskie (183) {this refers to his entry in the book}
born11 Aug 1788 in Northampton Co. Pa. On 11 Aug 1832 he became Mormon. He was ordained a High Priest 10 aug. 1845. Moved to Utah in 1849 where he died 13 Dec 1857.

Perhaps the Mormons have a special burial place for early high priests. He was held in Jail with Joseph Smith, so I would presume some prominence.
