More likely a cousin; Albert seems to be a very common name among the Zabriskies. I've since found out that Anna's father was born in 1774, so he is too young to have a son in 1785. George Olin Zabriskie wrote an extensive genealogy on the Zabriskies in 1963, you might want to consult that to see how that Albert is related to the rest of the family.
